I will be in Austin for SXSW in March and am wondering if either of those two white bass runs will be kicking off around then. Is there enough water and current to draw them up this yr?

It's way too early to say anything about current, but both Travis and Georgetown are at pool or better. If I were a betting man, I would say that Camp Tejas would be doing fine during SXSW.
