I don’t think so. I caught quit a few the last three weeks.
Seem to be lots of them on the graph when I get on a school.
These bluebird days make for hard fishing.
Cloudy misty days there pretty easy to catch.

Couldn't prove it, but there's a good possibility those wipers came out of Millers Creek..lake level has been over the service spillway since October and it was over the emergency spillway for at least two weeks. Millers Creeks empties into the Brazos between Seymour and Throckmorton.

Graham is a straight shot as well, and a lot closer. Also, I have been told the hatchery guys sometimes flush their truck at PK, FWIW.

That's where most come from. The excess fish get dumped in PK.

With all this cold weather I wish they would give walleyes another try in PK.

Certainly possible they came from any and all of the above lakes. I can tell you from personal experience that Millers Creek lost a lot of our big wipers when the lake level was above the service spillway for several weeks back in 2015 and it took a couple of years before we started seeing 7 lbs or better regularly. . Last year, we were frequently catching some nice 10+ fish. The MC lake level has been from about 6 feet to 1 foot above the service spillway non-stop since early October 2018 as of now. We all know stripers/wipers follow current and the Brazos has had plenty of flow to push fish all the way to PK since October. I hope we didn't blow out most of our bigs over the winter but that happened in 2015...time will tell.
