Thanks for keeping an eye out. It helps me. I'm making headway...โ€ฆ.started at 227 and now I'm weighing 224. Before Halloween, I got to 215 but actually held steady for a good while at 217...so that will be my first objective to get back where I was. My strategy is lesser portions and consistent exercise, and fasting. I am trying to do one hour a day with a walk/jog combo. Also, I am eating at the right times and fasting from 7pm until 11am the next morning. Once I get back to 215, I will start up a very light breakfast. I could eat your arm off around 11am each morning with this fasting. Read about the 16/8 intermittent fasting. It really works!

Until next post, please come join me. You can keep it quiet, if desired. We can PM back and forth. Those that are at risk for health issues and know that they need a healthier lifestyle are the ones that I want to help. I'm no trainer, but accountability with other folks go a long way. I've got some pretty lofty goals set for myself in 2020, and by you joining in, will only help me, too.

You are on a great track! Keep on keepin' on. BTW - Breakfast (1st meal) can be anytime. Yours may be at 11 a.m.; lunch at 2:30; supper at 6:30. As long as it works for you and is sustainable is what matters.

Alright I'm in starting Feb 1. Batteries were dead on the scale last year and nobody wanted to replace them grin but it's time.

Guessing upper 230's. Goal is 215ish by July 1st. Max goal sub 210 by end of Aug.

Yea, buddy....join right in. We will monitor our progress together. Mine has been a little slow lately, but I'm still plugging. If I show 1lb of weight loss, I deem it as positive. Take your time, but stay committed. Losing weight too fast is not a good thing IMO. Will your exercise consist of riding the bike? I like your max goal sub 210. Same with me but I've got to get where I was at before the holiday crunch, literally, and that was 217.

I ride to maintain, but I've been riding less and less. I'm going to have to start running and doing my cardio stuff out in the garage after the kids go to bed. A few years ago I went from over 270 down to 206 in less than a year, mainly doing that stuff. My sister is getting married this summer and I just hate how I've gotten, time to get going.

I'm working on day 6 consecutive of increased movement and hydration. I had to defer a few weeks to some back spasms. Worked through those and back at it! Okie, Nocona B, I'nation? What's the good word(s)? ANYONE ELSE IS WELCOMED TO CHIME IN AND REPORT!

Keep it going, H2O! I'm not doing the best right now. I've been sick. Got sick and still fighting through. I'm still holding at 222 but no more weight loss. I gotta get well because my exercise has went to pot due to lack of energy. Still holding on and I will be back strong as ever as soon as I come outta this funk.
