Are you just wanting an accountability partner here, checking in and posting daily activities and weight?

Are you wanting an actual "workout" partner, or partners who get together and exercise?

Staying motivated and working out "alone" is tough, but I do it.

Just want some folks to post weekly or so, and post weight loss and/or goals so we can pump each other up a little from time to time. It helps me if I know I have a weigh-in at the end of the week, and others will be involved and account for their successes. Fat boys need success, too.

Ok....I'm game for a step-count challenge. I'll track it on my i-phone. Take a screen shot of your steps in 6-day intervals and post it here starting Monday the 20th? Let's do this! This next week will not be good Wed-Fri because of going out of town on business, but we can still keep track and gauge to try and improve each week.

My goal will be to surpass 60,000 steps in every 6-day interval....Mon thru Sat. We'll see how it goes this week.

Gonna try. I changed my step count goal from 50K to 60K today. I'm sitting at 12,952 right now. Workout, run errands, and mow lawn adds up. If I see that I'm slacking at the end of the week, I'll just go take a 27 mi walk, haha.

I try and do a walk/jog combo when I work out. Flailing arms is a must to keep me going!

Good stuff, keep it up Mr. Poke, then speed it up!
