Good read and yes, I am enjoying getting older. Am enjoying watching my kids grow older and raise their own kids now. Life is what you nake of it and I am very blessed to say mine is good.

I agree with it, i would also add that while i do my job (same job for 20 years) to the best of my ability and with the same diligence i did when younger, i no longer get stressed about it. If i lost it tomorrow i would survive just fine. Same here!!

Age is just a frame of mind, as I get older I can't think of a thing I'd do different. Made some bad choices but bad choices make great stories.
Getting ready to retire again and looking forward to the new adventures.

The only thing I don't like about getting older is losing loved ones along the way.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

Getting older doesn't bother me a bit.
What does bother me are all the associated aches, pains and infirmities that go along with it.
Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.
