We got a cabin shell from Ulrich and just about finished it out . We and friends did all the work . Ulrich came out and made a you tube video of it . Congrats guys, they do very strong work for sure, one of my kids has two of their units, and one of them they also bought a large shell and finished it out them selves and have a paid for place now.
Its not for everyone but I'm glad they went this route, they are big into Dave Ramsey thing.

Thanks all , it took 3 full weekends in July to frame it on the inside . My best friend and his wife from Belton did all the plans and love the way he designed the ceilings . As he was a master at it all his life it was the last one he did . Soon after he died from cancer . Now just have to get a full front porch . As it was a weekend thing my other friends did the electric and pluming .
