You say you’re waiting on septic. Is the bathroom in a shed still?  No unfortunately we’re having to put our big boy panties on and bring the bathrooms inside like regular folk. This place is going to great for you I'm thinking- Heck, I already see where the bathrooms are even without a sign! So there is that-

I need to take another ride out your way. I think it's like maybe a half mile or so on the other side of 35W. I can't lie, I kinda liked the shack, especially right there next to the beer store, but man, the new place looks nice!

Yeah, the new place is probably less than a mile east on 407. On the south side of road.
