San Augustine is plenty usable to. It shouldn't ever close

I drove to Harvey a couple weeks ago sign said closed due to government shutdown.. ?? Not sure how many are closed due to that or high water..

It might hit the spillway before it's all said and done. That's crazy The Spillway is at 176 so quite a bit more to go before that happens. The lake crested yesterday but that was before the rains showed up so it might go back up a little. The Angelina River at 59N (between Lufkin and Nacogdoches) has went down considerably but that doesn't translate to the lake dropping as fast.

It will take a good bit to get to 176 but theres some rain in the forecast the next 2 days. At the acreage it's at right now 2 more feet is a [censored] load of water.
