I want to cover the top of my center console with a custom fit pad or coating that is non slip, any ideas?

Safe floor is the best. Sea deck is good.

I've had Safe Floor installed in my Wellcraft 20 yrs ago and it's still there, no peeling at all. If it gets stained just use Scrubbing Bubbles......

Stewart Products has the patterned rubber with a very sticky 3m adhesive. I used it in my Champion and it looks factory.

I've been looking at both applications and the SeaDek edges look a lot cleaner than Safe Floor. Is this an accurate observation?

I would tend to agree with your statement, although both are a quality product. I have seadek on 2 boats and I love it. I fish barefoot a decent amount in the summer and when crawling around on it it is also kind to the knees etc. I went with seadek in part, as one of my rigs is a high performance boat and I did not want the extra weight associated with Safe Floor.

Just to say , safe-floor is hand laid and we do a great job on lines to compare with the cuts to seadek thumb [Linked Image]
