I am looking around and seeing two different model numbers for what looks to be the same exact item. Both come with the transducer. Garmin's website has the -05 model and bass pro has the -01 model.
Is there an expert on Garmin that can tell me the true difference between the two please.Thanks!

I've seen that too. The only thing I can tell is that one of the says comes with transducer and the other says comes with GT52HW-TM transducer. Just guessing but maybe the other is the CV52 transducer.

I've got the Echo Map Plus with the GT52HW-TM transducer and the only thing I can come up with is one has the TM transducer w-mount and maybe the other has the transducer and mount for the transom. Mine is the 01 so maybe the 05 has the transom mount bracket. Just guessing.

per Garmin
01 is discontinued, comes with CV52 trans and lakevu maps
05 is latest, comes with GT52 trans and new G3 maps
