 wild pig and deer ground meat

ground up 55 lb of pig/deer Saturday. did about the same last year and used all but 4 lbs of it. any ideas for recipes and uses for it. need a little imagination to change things up. did hamburger steaks tonight, smothered in onions and bell pepper and gravy. only bummer is i'm trying to cut about 20 lbs, so no rice or potato with it.

I make meat loaf with just ground venison, mixed with the pork should be really good.
