What are the best ramp options (Mid to South part of Lake) for LOP?
Preferably west side.
Suggestions?

Mid lake I would use Pine Hill or Pops Landing (both are free), the south part near the dam I would us Tejas Ramp or Brushy Creek. If you use Brushy watch out for the submerged hump to the west end of the cove. Look at Google Earth to see it although with the water being as high as it is probably won't matter.

Any ramp south of Ally Creek are good ramps. Ive launched at pops and Pine Hill a many of time with no problems, theyre just sketchy.

I started to mention that about their condition. When SLAB wanted to stay west side mid lake they are about the only options.
I miss the days that Pop's had a big break water wall. We used to camp up there enough we carried our own screw in fuses, used a penny under a burn out fuse many a night.

Copeland Creek is usable and there is a boat run close to it. When I say usable, I don't mean that it is nice.

I used Big Cypress yesterday. Every boat ramp around the dam was packed.

Copeland and Tejas can be a little iffy with a north wind.
