 Vertical Jigging Water Column

What's your favorite way to search the water column? Do you start at the bottom and work up, pause or no pause. Do you start at the surface and work down? Or pitch your jig and pendulum straight down? Talking marinas, docks, and fishing barges. Thanks

When fishing docks, I like to shoot as far as I can and let the bait pendulum down staying in contact with the bait!

For me it all depends on how high the structure comes up and if i'm marking fish....

My favorite way is to pitch and swing down but if I'm sitting on top of brush I'll start inside the brush and slowly work my way out.....yep, I lose a lot of jigs...lol
