It wasnt open Saturday. I fished near it 2 weeks ago and the dock and the ramp looked perfectly usable. Not sure what the delay is. Whoever makes the call must never have tried to put a boat on the trailer at the Jordan ramp with 15-20mph winds out of the north. LOL

All of the boat ramps are open on RR! Buck creek looks like choclate milk. There has been like zero pressure for the fish for a month or so now. Great time to catch a toad

Ramp being closed didnt make much of a difference pressure wise IMO. 3-4 boats there plus a few kayakers every time I pass through just like always.
