looks like it has caught 25+ feet of water in the past 90 days

I would look shallow in the thickest cover I can find close to the river channel

It is still on a slow rise it has been really tough, I have caught a few in the concho river or look for bait on graph near river channel on main lake they will be below the whites. Good luck.

Stay in the channels. Lots of trees just under the surface outside of them in the main lake. Before the lake came up 20 plus feet a few months ago you could follow the channel by the trees, now I'm sure most are just under the surface.

My advice would be to leave the boat at home, water is cold, muddy and the fishing is tough. Lake is safe to run from gatlin all the way up to the Boot Hill, leaday area. North of that be watching your graph and stay in the river channel. Turkey bend area is safe to cut through, trees are well under water.. lake looks good and is still coming up slowly. Being new, Id unload at elm creek instead of up at concho. I believe elm will he closed till Wednesday, every year they shut down between Christmas and New Years. Pm me if you have any questions.
