Try winter golf gloves and get them a size small. Put the gloves on and get them very wet! Let them dry a bit and take them off to air dry! Hand warmers are good too!

The best thing I ever used was neoprene gloves with the fingers cut out on the thumb and first two fingers. I cut them just past the first finger joint. Makes it easy to deal with your line, deal with fish, and when fumbling around for your various pieces of equipment.
