Is anyone going to go fishing on Christmas after Santa comes? If so, where are you going and let us know if you go, how ya do!

I always go to my pond at the stroke of midnight on New year's eve. I want to catch the first bass in Texas of the year. I get one to bite about 10% of the time. I always get one to bite the next morning.

Nope I am missing the Family Christmas , gift opening, and food cause I got the damn FLU. Sick with headache and not wanting to get off the bed. Every year I try to go fishing on Christmas Eve or the day after but not this year. Hard to be an OLD guy. cough cough cough and cough.!!

I would love to fish on Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. The powers-to-be make sure to do everything from 9 until 3, so I can't go early or late.

I just backed my boat back into my storage room... I fished from 4-5:45 and I caught 6 with the biggest around 4 pounds... donkey rig and A-Rig

wild bill I hate to hear that wild bill! Hope you get to feeling better soon!! I went with my BIL to Rayburn, I only caught 1. The BIL caught a 4lb12oz blue cat and a small bass... but it was nice to be out this evening!

A few of us went to Belton today, seemed like we almost had the lake to ourselves, it was nice. Found some nice schools of what I think are sandbass, biggest was only 3.4 but it was a good day.

Caught a 5.27 on rayburn and several others. Decent day for me, took me a bit to figure out what they wanted.
