Enjoyed my first of three days off fishing close to home. Fished Lake Dunlap on Wednesday the day after reading Vogey's post. Fished from my Kayak. Found the sunnies right were Vogey stated they would be, in shallower water. I think the fish were active during this latest warming spell. Caught a bunch of Bluegill in the 7 to 9 inch range, several Redbreast in the 8 to 9 inch range, one 10" Rio,and several bass in the 2 to 3 pound range rounded out the catch. Fish were in 6 to 10 feet of water holding by docks and trees. Rooster tails,Yellow/Green,and Little Georges Silver/Blue,got the best results. Kept 5 Bluegill to go along with the Rainbow Trout I had caught last week for an upcoming fish dinner. Love fishing the River Lakes that are very close to home. woot

Laker...Good report...On average, sounds like your fish were bigger than what I was catching. Hey...what the heck is that fish on the new TFF cover ? It kind of looks like a striper, but the color is yellower than any striper I have ever seen ??? Hope you have a great Christmas as well...

Thanks Vogey. Some one in the photo/video section on the forum called the cover fish a Golden Dorado. eeks
