I think I want to stuff chicken breast and bake them and some scalloped potatoes as well . Not sold on the idea yet .
Want to do something different with the chicken breast tired of same old.

We also try something different with chicken occasionally we bake the chicken in mushroom soup and add
a few extra mushrooms and serve over white rice, add a few different veggies on the side and food

We do one like that but put uncooked rice And 1/2 the water for it in a casserole dish with a big can of mushroom soup and
seasoned raw chicken quarters on top, then bake it.

Enough of this idle chit-chat. This ain't no retirement home.
EVERYONE! Get back to your oars.

Nick, melt some butter, crush up some ritz crackers. Dip breast in butter then coat with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for bout 45 mins or until crackers are browning. Best chicken recipe for us

If you want something grilled, JayC can have charcoal ready in 15 minutes.

Go with an American Classic. Puff Pastry Vienna Sausage. Just follow these easy steps.

3 vienna sausages
6 ounces of puff pastry (3 circles 2-ounce each)
3 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, grated
salt
pepper
3 yolks
fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)

Skewer a sausage lengthwise through the middle and make parallel cuts until the knife reaches the skewer. We made 14 of them.

Discard both ends of the sausage, then carefully bend it so that its ends touch each other.

Place the bent sausage on a puff pastry disc. Fold the puff pastry's margin and fit it into the sausage's enlarged cuts using a toothpick.

Fill the empty space in the middle of the bent sausage with 1 ounce of grated mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Follow these steps for the other 2 sausages, too.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the 3 sausage buns on it, and bake for 15 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.

Remove from oven, add 1 yolk in the middle of each bun, and, again, bake for 5 minutes at 360⁰F

Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
