I think we enjoyed shooting pigeons more. We did 4 days.

We went with Sier Safaris.

You cannot bring any back. Or more accurately you cannot bring them into the USA.

Shoot like a 20 gauge semi auto and use a vest with integrated shoulder pad. It’s really more harder on the hands than anything. Wear leather gloves.

Have you even considered your contribution to the great pacific garbage patch with the amount of shells you used??? You are helping to destroy the environment, and all so that you can brag to your friends about the thousands of animals that you killed! People like you make me sick. More importantly, people like you kill sea life! Disgusting.

I wore an external shoulder pad that could be used with whatever shirt I wore that day. Here is a pic of me "geared up". Shooting gloves and high quality ear protection are a must.

I've divided my shooting about equally between a 28 gauge and 20 gauge the past few years...shell cost is the same and it's amazing how far you can kill a dove with a 28 gauge and there's virtually no recoil...
not sure if el coyote is being facetious or not with the helping to destroy the environment comments or not but argentina and especially Bolivia are poor countries and the birds I've killed over the years have been appreciated by a lot of families and orphanages the birds have been given to.....

I pop a few dozen up here every year. We have them for Dove Poppers on TG morning, That ain't hunting. That is shooting, No problem with it. Have your fun. cheers Never had an interest in Guides fishing or hunting. Lots of folks do and I have no problem with it. Ear protection. Ear Protection. Your shoulder will be ok after a few days. Your ears will ring the rest of your life.

How much should a box of ammo cost? $11 is cheap.

not for dove load. Academy sells them for about $4 (lil under) during dove season for Remington. I get they need to make some money off them, but that's a bit much of a markup. Then again you are a captive audience.

I bet those birds made a nice meal for some of the poor locals.
