It ran fine the last time I had it out. Yesterday, it would not boot up. It just kept refreshing/glitching on the loading........ screen. Is there someway to do a reboot or something? Is it fried?

You may have a loose power connection that is typical for that mount type.
Remove the display from the base, locate the power cord plug with its two pins.
Adjust both pins slightly and gently in any direction but not so much they won't line up with the holes in the unit receptacle (LOOK at it). Use a pencil point.
Replace the display on the mount and check.

I will give that a shot. I hope that is all it is. I have extra power cords for this unit, maybe I can play with it in the garage while I watch it rain.

So, I verified my electrical connections using verified good wiring. It still would not load. Then I saw somewhere on the internets that if I held the power on and view button down I could get to some sort of start up menu. Then I did a reset and something called program. Now it wont do anything at all but go back to the boot menu. Im guessing I killed it good now. So....how much will Hummingbird charge me to fix this?

roflmao. If you send it in they may choose to send you a newer unit or fix it the current one.
