I am not 100% sure how much you can hang around any business without being employed. If you somehow got hurt, there would be insurance ramifications. Starting young in sales without any bills is a good way to start. I wish you the best of luck!

Be safe,

Dylan. Im 21 years old, and despite graduating college on Friday with a bachelor of science in Biology, I chose to pursue my passion for bass boats to work on them and sell them, and I went in solo. Ive been loosely working on boats for 2 years, officially working on boats for 8 months in Trenton, and starting this week have moved to Nacogdoches back home to set up for good. I have not gotten rich, not even close, I work the longest hours my body sometimes will stand usually 7 days a week, and I fish, if Im lucky, 1 day a month. Im a sucker for giving too good deals, but Ill help a brother out any way I can, and Ive found thats what its about. Im happy to go to work and if I can help you in any way, call my number in the signature, you are welcome at my shop any time in Nacogdoches any time you please to watch, and if you start helping Id even talk about paying you. Let me know if I can help ya buddy.

Now that is what I'm talking about. Nice gesture. Hope he has family in the area to take the offer; because your knowledge is King. Your kindness will be repaid ten fold. Your hard work and those 7 days per week will turn in the other direction in just a short time. You will be on the water more and more before long and I wish the best for your business.

Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success.

Dylan, I wished you were closer to Rockwall! Our industry is looking desperately for young people to enter our work force. There is a tremendous shortage of qualified technicians in our industry! If you set your mind to it and develop good working skills you can make a good living in the service part of our business!

Good Luck!
Tommy

Dylan- Give me a call, Monte or I would be glad to help you out. Most of my employees have been with me since they were teenagers and early 20's. I started my dealership when I was 23 so always look for good people with work ethic and a goal. I still have most of the same guys because I prefer a young eager learner than an old, set in their ways non-conformer. cool
Call the dealership and tell RaeAnn to give you my cell if you are still interested in seeing what we do.
Good luck
J
