Usually a year. After much longer, only the main stalk will be left.

I love bamboo. If I had more access to it, it would be all I sink. Holds fish well and is easy to fish without hanging up on.

We stop using bamboo over 10 years ago, only using pipe, last for every and hard to hang up on,
put out over 300 of them in lake in east Texas with the help of the TPW this year.
Hope to work with Wright Patman Lake Corp this year to put some in there Lake.
