Oh so he's given his 4 week notice. In our industry we go ahead and dismiss him. Nothing good comes out of a lame duck employee!

The man can coach. One of the best. I wish him the best in his health and if he chooses to coach again I wish him success. I don't take any of my sports so seriously that I actually hate any coaches, teams or players unless they are women beaters, criminals etc. I hope he returns to good health soon.

I think he's done. He doesn't look healthy, I think the brain cyst and job stress have taken a toll on him.
i'm not an Urban Meyer fan but for the sake of his family I hope he gets to feeling better

He left some wiggle room, but he said he was done. I dont believe him, though.

I bet he is done coaching but he has said he still wants to be involved in mentoring young people and coaches. I think he takes some time off and begins something like this at OSU under the AD in the Fall. Next thing you know he has developed excellent relationships with all of the coaches, understands their strengths/weaknesses, better understands the inner workings of a major athletic department and the AD decides to retire (he is 60 or 61). Guess who is the main candidate?

He has said he is too young and driven to just quit. He needs something to get him up in the morning.
