Picked up this 2016 used S-Works Venge today. I've been riding my Peloton indoors and started running a couple months ago. Decided I am going to try an Ironman 70.3 this year and needed a roadie.

How old are you? I've followed your posts and am impressed with the weight loss and other progress you've made.

Has anyone ever ridden on one of the "indoor" bike tracks made for street bikes?
I haven't ridden my street bike in a while, and on occasion I will ride my mountain bike around the neighborhood, going over curbs, climbing small features, riding service roads and in parks, whatever. The local dirt trails are once again, wet.

That is a serious bike, congrats! I got the itch bad last night, and was throwing the idea around of trading an AR for one, like yours.... Has anyone ever ridden on one of the "indoor" bike tracks made for street bikes?

...------ Check out Zwift I got big into it two winters ago, its tough. Last year I decided Id rather battle the cold with warm gear than ride inside lol. I had rollers (wasnt a big fan) and a Fluid2 trainer, which Ive been debating getting out this year. You can get setup with Zwift pretty easy, a smart trainer or a dumb trainer thats supported by Zwift. Withba dumb trainer you just need speed/cadence/hr sensors that link with a usb dongle on your computer and that will get the data into Zwift. Also, you nearly need a dedicated rear wheel with a trainer tire on it if youre going to go that route or if youre good at changing tires you can just swap them out, itll eat up a regular tire.
