I just purchased the new active imaging 3 in 1 transducer and installed it on my boat. I am not getting any readings from the transducer. I have the latest software updates and to my understanding it should work fine with my unit. Lowrance says that they are compatible.
Thanks for any advice.

They have not released the software update to make them compatible yet. Should be out this month.

Yes have to have new 18.3 update if you are running Carbons.
Hope to see it in the next couple days.
