I'm still trying to figure out how the hell the horns down sign is a 15yd penalty but yet the Longhorns can still do their version with no penalty.

I'm still trying to figure out how the hell the horns down sign is a 15yd penalty but yet the Longhorns can still do their version with no penalty. Im still trying to figure out how why an apology has to be written for saying meth u sucks.

Pretty simple, when UT does the Horns Up, they are showing support for their team. When the opponent does the Horns down, they are disparaging UT. Can't have that in today's world. JR

Does either offend before and after the game? I mean if Texas wins and runs off the field with a Hook'em sign or ou runs off the field with 'horns down, do either get penalized in the bowl game?
