Bought a used 1999 25 hp 4 stroke. When I bought it everything was good, ran great, idled and started fine when hooked up to muffs. Took it to the lake and everything was great, after running for 20 min.we killed it and fished. Then it wouldn’t start. I cleaned the carb, replaced the fuel lines, new fuel pump, new plugs. Ran it again, same result. Any tips? Boat shop is 2 months out from being able to look at it. I appreciate it.

I have no idea, I would't make a mole on a mechanics a$$, But whatever it turns out to be, I would look for a source of ethanol free gas.

Possible coils are getting hot. Run the motor like you did, then kill it let it sit 10 mins and check for spark.
