Reminds me of the song "if heaven ain't a lot like Texas, I don't want to go"...I now have to include Argentina.

There are three species on my bucket list - a golden dorado, a GT, and a taimen. If a golden dorado trip takes me to argentia, I may well stay an extra week to check out this magical place! Thanks for sharing this!

I went with a bunch of friends who for the most part have been going there several years....so I guess you could say we self coordinated.

You have a good list...IMO GT should be at the top, followed by Jurassic. I have yet to go after Taimen but definitely want to do that...Golden Dorado not so much. Maybe you can convince me on the Dorado with a post.
Thanks for the comments.

My buddy sent me these shots of the free ranging lamas that are all over the Patagonia and the Moreno glacier which is near El Califate where we met up with the 4 wheel drive to go to Jurassic.

Great report, great photos and great trip!! Thinking about trips like this makes me wish I had spent less time fishing and playing golf and spent more time earning money to support a habit of such trips. Way to go Meadowlark and I look forward to hearing about your next adventure. Thanks
