That my friend is what dreams are made out of. When I die, I hope heaven looks just like that! Reminds me of the song "if heaven ain't a lot like Texas, I don't want to go"...I now have to include Argentina.

Phenomenal post! I saw some footage from Jacko Lukas who took a recent trip there, and your post really reinforces how special a place this is. Did you self-coordinate the logistics or use a booking service? I know there are companies like Yellow Dog which help with that but I wonder if the convenience means extra $$ when booking through them.
There are three species on my bucket list - a golden dorado, a GT, and a taimen. If a golden dorado trip takes me to argentia, I may well stay an extra week to check out this magical place! Thanks for sharing this! I went with a bunch of friends who for the most part have been going there several years....so I guess you could say we self coordinated. You have a good list...IMO GT should be at the top, followed by Jurassic. I have yet to go after Taimen but definitely want to do that...Golden Dorado not so much. Maybe you can convince me on the Dorado with a post. Thanks for the comments.

Great report, great photos and great trip!! Thinking about trips like this makes me wish I had spent less time fishing and playing golf and spent more time earning money to support a habit of such trips. Way to go Meadowlark and I look forward to hearing about your next adventure. Thanks
