Just finishing up putting a 91 Skeeter back in service and will be buying a 3 bank 10 amp. battery charger for it.
Searched but not much posted to recently. Please save me a bunch of time an research headaches and let me know what (you think) has shown to have been the better overall brand and models out there. Be in fresh water only. I want to know what the actual users say.

I cant speak for the Dual Pro, but I have had great luck with the MK digital series. My current unit is 4 years old and working good. I keep it plugged in all the time.

I went through two Dual Pro's and switched three years ago to the Minn Kota MK-330D and seam to be built and sealed up better. Keep it plugged in continuous and check the water now and then. Very happy with it. Check this out.

I had really good luck with dual pro professional & sportsman series, never used the cheap model. Currently have a stealth one and its the best so far, charge up the batteries while running, cant beat that.

Friend of mine has and only told me about the place after I bought mine from Low Cost Boating Store. LCBS is here in Texas and I ordered mine on a We4dnesday night and it was at my office Friday morning just in time for the weekend.

I use a MK charger and it is going on 5 years with no issues. Make sure to check whichever charger you choose to ensure it has the charging profile for the type of batteries you're planning on running. Ive used Hodges Marine for several purchases and they have all been smooth transactions.
