i have 4 of them. 2 Zolo deputies i use for TX rigs and 2 IKOS promise 7's i use for moving single-hook baits (chatter, spinner, swim jig, buzz bait, toads).
Started out in January, thought i would try 1 Zolo for TX rig, paired it with a Revo ALX, that setup is just about as light as a $700-$800 setup, but i only paid about $400 all in on a TW 15% off weekend. anyway, i used it in a couple of Ts and liked it so much i ordered another one. I use the Zolos for TX rigs and jigs up to 1/2oz. Great feel and enough backbone to handle fish at least to 8.5lbs so far.
I have been so pleased with them, when it came time to replace my chatter/spinner bait rods, I ordered 2 of the IKOS.
Excellent value IMO, great warranty / replacement policy. Oh, super customer service, they are still small, so when you call or email them you are talking to people who know their stuff.

you asked for pros and cons - the only con i can think of is they aren't widely available in physical stores, around here if you want to look at one in a store, you have to go to a Cabelas or Anglers pro tackle in the 817. For me personally that's not a big deal, i buy 95% of my stuff online at TW anyway.

Great Rod. Started with one to try, and have 5 now. Have to agree with how light they are and bang for your buck. Both series are great.

I've never heard of them but they have the best model names I've seen.

I'm actually in the market for some new crankbait rods. I've been debating between St. Croix Avid series and Loomis E6x but was wondering if anyone on here has any experience with the ALX ZOLO Crank?

I started with 1 and now have 4. Great rods for the money. I think 3 price points.
