Just saw this on their FB page, looks like there are 10 openings for individuals and 3 for business. I'm definitely considering getting a spot on the show, to spend the day with Bill on the water, would be really cool

I thought that show went under? Lol, the shows continued on VOD same as always. We will air on FOX next year in Q3/4 as well. VOD program will continue in 2019 for those that want early, commercial free access.

Why would a fishing show go pay per view? That just doesnt make sense, not for me anyway. I liked the show when it was on TV, but not enough to pay extra for.....

Why would a fishing show go pay per view? That just doesnt make sense, not for me anyway. I liked the show when it was on TV, but not enough to pay extra for..... We have plenty of paying VOD subs who love the show and the product, if it's not for you that's no problem.

What does the business package get that the individual package doesn't? The ability to discuss/profile the business as long as it doesn't conflict with our existing partners.

If there is plenty of folks that ppv, then why bring it back to TV? There is no way HH retained the same viewership after going VOD. Obviously something is missing here? I'm sure, no wait I am certain the sponsorship $ play a large part of this decision.
It's quite possible that y'all would make more money just doing weekly YouTube videos with the rest of the kids.
But I bet Mr. Jones has an answer like change the channel, or we are not twisting your arm to watch!

I say good day sir! Weve not claimed to have retained the same viewership across VOD at any point and have always remained transparent that sponsor partnerships are required to keep the show moving forward, just like any other show. The VOD version of the show is a unique product provided to our viewer base and will continue to be. Weve been fortunate enough for 2019 to bring the show back to FOX in late 2019 and so we will. And no, YouTube video revenue isnt viable.

No offense to Mr. Jones in what I'm about to say as I did enjoy Honey Hole shows when I watched them. I'm sure I'm no different than other folks interested in fishing. I only have so much disposable income and already pay for cable/satellite/internet. I can't justify paying more $ to view fishing shows when there are options out there for me to watch on television and online that I'm already paying for. Fishing already takes up a large amount of my disposable income. I don't begrudge anyone from making an honest buck so I wish HH the best of luck and don't begrudge anyone else for what they may want to spend their dollars on. It's just a choice we all have to make.
