Anyone catching flounder, specks, or sand trout on the Pier at Walter Humphrey Park? What are y'all using? What types of rigs?

No one was out on the pier midday. We talked to boater who had been to the jetties and he said no luck but he may been fishing for specks and reds. We caught a few fishing with gulp along the wildlife refuge but it was slow. Doesnt seem to be a run going on.
