Though these days the water levels are really CRAZY in Dallas plus all the flooding and restrictions on areas where I mostly fish.
I was able to bring some big Buffalos and Carp earlier this week.

Trust me fellows... Fish is hungry and biting hard BUT only if you can manage to reach out to them. Water levels are just too high.

Here the pics. Enjoy !!!

Nice ones! woot If you're releasing them, try holding them underneath their belly by their front (pectoral) and rear (anal) fins. Holding them by their mouth or gills can seriously injure the fish.

Catch and release. The dream - to catch one of every species of Freshwater fish in our great state! If only I can resist Carp...

Yes Sir. If I am holding them from the gills that means its going home for a fish fry... Buffalo ribs are the best banana

Yes you are right holding them from the gills almost kills them. Not a good idea for a catch and release.

Thanks all liking the pics..
