I was wondering if anyone has ever contacted Abu Garcia for a broken rod that was still under warrantee?
Have a Veritas 7'6" MH that I broke tip on setting the hook on a fish.
I originally ordered that rod and a Revo reel direct from Abu G online a little over a year ago.
I sent them an e-mail right after it happened 2 weeks ago and received no response. I sent another e-mail a few days later asking if they received my inquiry and still nothing. So late last week I sent another asking one way or another on the rod issue, still nothing.

I still get their daily e-mails asking me to buy stuff from them, but I have yet to get a response. Not sure what to do next.

WE......LL That was too easy.

I had the same thing happen with a Veracity rod, I ended up calling and eventually ended up having to email pics of the rod and receipt. The rod I had, had been discontinued, I was offered several rods of equal or greater value. I ended up with a Fenwick Elite Tech Bass rod and couldn't be happier.
