hey guys I just bought a used pescador Perception kayak and the cable to lower the rudder is almost impossible to pull , is there something I can treat the cable with to make it easier , the kayak has been stored outside exposed to the elements and had not been used very often the rudder control is also very hard but it at least has become easier to use with time. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

LPS 3 is good. Like chain lube light.
