Jordan is open. Lake is about 5' high and in great shape. Water temps 60-65 today in the areas I checked out today.

This was the last update I saw on TFF from several days ago. "Buck Creek, Johnson Branch, Pecan Creek, and Pond Creek boat ramps are closed due to high water. Isle du Bois, Jordan, and Sanger remain open as of 10-16-18."

Visibility is about 2'-5' where I fished yesterday. It's a lot clearer than I anticipated. I had to cover a lot of water to get bites. Never found any fish or bait grouped up. Chatterbait and Squarebill got most of the bites. Size ranged from 2# to 6#.

I used the Sanger ramp yesterday and we caught a lot of fish on flukes. Water clarity on the south end is a lot clearer than I thought it would be. But be on the lookout for floating debis, I saw a lot of it.

When did they close the ramp by the marina?

When I arrived yesterday morning they had pulled out one of the ramps and had half of the gate closed. Still that way when I got off the water at about 2:30. I fished mostly by the Marina with only one nice spot about 2 lbs. and on LM about 1 LB.

I spoke to a man who was just getting off of the water and he said both of the ramps were still in the water when he got on the water. They must have come in sometime in the mid-morning to pull the ramp.

I would imagine that they have closed the ramp by now. I see that the lake continues to rise.
