Need help with lake aquilla anything would be appreciated baits, colors, tips

Lake Aquilla has been fished out. TPWD does not stock Lake Aquilla any longer, and it gets a lot of pressure from locals.

Lake Aquilla has been fished out. TPWD does not stock Lake Aquilla any longer, and it gets a lot of pressure from locals.
Why doesnt tpwd stock the lake just curious.?

TPWD that's the answer, Aquilla is not a money making lake so they don't care.

There are money making lakes for TPWD? Didnt know the goverment made any money on anything they do
