Tower bay was open yesterday but no dock. Arrowhead, Westlake and shady shores closed. Little elm is open

How about the ramp across the lake from Tower bay... the one called Arrowhead? that one is steeper, and much more elevated.... any idea if that is open?
can't find out anything w searches
