We are looking for high spirited individuals to fill multiple full time positions in Sales and Customer Service. Property and Casualty and/or Life licensed individuals is a great benefit but not required to apply. Training is also provided for individuals with the attitude of success! Our office is in need of a full-time Service Account Specialist and a Sales Account Representative. A Service Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining retention processes within an agency by building rapport with clients via email, phone calls and face to face interaction. A Sales Account Representative is vital in the growth of the agency and is expected to gain new clients, business owners and networking connections. (In-house training is provided for both positions.)


Examples of daily tasks may include:

•Taking client requests and executing in a timely manner

•Social media marketing

•Following up with on-going service requests

•Reaching out to clients upon renewal of policies

•Scheduling appointments

•Gathering information for proposals

•Supporting the sales team with acquisition

•Seeking out business owners and presenting insurance proposals

•Meeting with clients and uncovering insurance needs

•Creating insurance packages for families and businesses

•Reviewing and explaining insurance coverage

and the ability to deny a simple mold claim....that led to a complete fiasco, and nowm no matter who you insured with we all now pay more and get less.

Im sorry you had a bad experience with a claim. Why did they say the claim was denied? Not that it makes any difference now, but I’m always very interested as it gives us a way to provide feedback to the mothership
