 Needed an Ultrex Yesterday!!!

The crappie wanted the bait moving and they bit best when you wandered around the pile so I kept having to take the Xi5 off spotlock so it could wander around a little. I also stayed up in Hickory Creek on Lewisville and there was hardly any boat traffic so I kept nodding off without the constant whine to keep me awake.  Still managed to put a limit in the boat with some really nice fish.

Well a limit is a limit...but with an ultrex you wouldn't have had to hide up a creek from wind or wake...

Well a limit is a limit...but with an ultrex you wouldn't have had to hide up a creek from wind or wake... That wasn't the issue, there was a 2.6 million gallons of sewage that was released into Pecan Creek and the Corp had the gates open so there was a poo line from the north part of the lake all the way to the dam. I decided to stay in the clean water for obvious reasons and thought the main lake would be fishing s----y anyway.

Nice catch! Anytime you can catch a limit in a couple days is a good thing!  IMO the Ultrex doesn't hold as well as the XI5 but the pros outweight the cons for sure!

Nice. Will taste much better with out Pooh flavor. Most of the fish came off the brush piles near the Point Vista cove. I know you know which one I am talking about because I have seen you on it. I just wandered between the two.
