Awesome day...fished 7:30 - 12:30...got there at daybreak, but the fog was so thick it took me 30 minutes to get across lake using GPS only (scary). Water temp 88 degrees & normal pool & visibility. Ended up with around 50 with quite a few real nice ones. Fished a different reed bed today with access to a little deeper water. Only got about an hour of video footage due to memory card issues. Cut that down to 12 minutes, plus a few selfies I took later in the morning. Fishing Videos

Vogey you have got making videos down to an ART!  Great post as always! Good job.  Going to try to fish Fayette this week.  Side Note: Hopefully Dunlap will clear up. Big fish bite should pick up there!

Nice video and post. Thanks for sharing. Side Note: When will the lake level drop. I know the Electric Company lowers the level sometime during the fall.

Thanks for all the replies...this movie making endeavor has turned out to be more fun than I had anticipated. As far as the lake level, this past trip the level was at normal pool. The past few trips it has been up about a foot. I have never seen it much below normal pool in the 40 years I have been fishing there, but will do some research to see if I can find out if/when they drop the level for maintenance. I know on the Guadalupe river lakes they do most of the dam maintenance in the winter.
