Was quoted $1500 for a torque converter swap out on an 06 Ford F150 with 5.4 Triton engine. I know the quote is mostly the labor involved because a new converter is not expensive. Does this sound about right for parts and labor?

If it is 4X4 that is probably reasonable, for 2 wheel drive sounds a little high to me. bg

If I'm not fishing or hunting I'm hunting a place to fish or hunt.
