What does everyone use to treat the gas for their boat motors? Staybil red-blue, Yamalube, Seafoam, Lucas gas treatment? What, When, and how much?

I use Stabil Marine 360, everytime I fill up. I always use manufactuers recommended brand of oil and heard Yamalube is good stuff.

I am assuming you are tryimg to keep fuel as moisture free as possible. From what I have learned when using 10% ethanol gas do these things can prevent damage to the motor.

Refill after every outing to keep tank full, this is done to remove empty voids in the tank where condensation could accumlate. I never use a marinas gas supply I've been told that their full contains moisture I don't know if this is true or not. I go to a brand name fuel station. But that's just me.

Store inside, fluctuating temperatures and environmental conditions can play havoc on fuel octane levels.

Use a fuel stabilizer. This will prevent phase separation up to a certain point.

I have been told by my boat dealer to replace my water separator filter every 3 months. I operate at the coast very often and I believe they recommend that because of the humidity levels at the coast.

I personally do not let gas sit more than 3 weeks before using the boat, coincidentally this gives me an excuse to go fishing at least once every 3 weeks.
