H2O Xpress soft shell for me to, for the money its the best out there, fished in a monsoon on Richland Chambers once and it kept me dry. This what I use no complaints

In my experience, Simms is the best so far -- they also have the lightest and warmest if you need those qualities.

My Simms ProDry suit got the work out of work outs this last weekend on Texoma. I was completely dry other than some wicking by my sweatshirt sleeves which I could have prevented by tightening the straps on the wrist. This suit is very light weight and worth every penny and I wear it in both warm and cold weather.
