Anyone ever stayed at the Bluebonnet Inn in Hawkins? I am looking for places to stay so we can fish Lake Hawkins.

I have not. You may want to stay in Mineola. It's only 18 miles. Or you can see about renting a condo at Holly Lake Ranch, just up the road from Hawkins.

There are actually some houses on the lake. I contacted one and they said it would be a little over $600 for 2 nights. No thank you.
