Cut a chicken breast in pieces. Slap a jalapeno sliver and chuck of jack cheese in it. Wrap that in bacon. I usually deep free for 3-4 minutes to cook through. Just pop the on the grill to heat and baste them in BBQ sauce when they are hot.
