He dug some then stopped, I'm sure in a year he will dig some more. And that's part of the issue, he isn't doing one thing whatever it is, he has messed up every single inch of the place with unfinished projects and let's it sit months with nothing happening. Truly it's the product of some mental disorder.

I have a neighbor with a mental disorder. He is on a corner lot as you enter our subdivision...He just has about 50 trees on a .5 acre lot....You can't see his house, or the 3 old abandoned cars in the driveway unless the city makes him trim the trees....thankfully that doesn't happen much anymore. It was a nice house. His son is a multi-millionaire many times over and lives up the road in a very nice house. The guy won't let the son help him, no matter how hard he tries. It's sad. At least we don't have to look at it.
