When I am on any fish finding view, the scroll speed is at a snails pace, it moves one frame per 2 sec. I have scroll speed set to max. Turning it off and back on it will work fine for a few minutes then slow down as described.

Another thing I have notice is I can hear loud transducer clicks coming from the view screen or at least near the screen. I have had a few depth finder and never have I heard the transducer clicking so loud as if I were next to it.

The unit ran great for 7 days of fishing and started this on the 8th. I checked my connections while on the water and they are very clean and snug. System diagnostic view says I pass everything.

I would call HUMMINBIRD customer service 800-633-1468 and ask...they are very helpful in trouble shooting any issue...and the turn around is about a week to 10 days if you have to send it in...sounds like it is not working like it should so get it fixed so you can enjoy it...

Go to set up. Scroll down to restore defaults. Perform a restore defaults and the issue should be resolved.

Also, check your software status. If you are not running the current version software I recommend doing an update as well.
