Awesometastic stuff!! My Grandnephew refers to the nibbles as "seasoning" for the jig. :roflmao
A friend of mine who is a coach here in town are going to make a run at them in the morning. Trying to get him on a few crappie before two a days start for him and introduce him to jig fishing.

Thanks guys... it was for sure a fun catchn trip....
CC....LOL that seasoning works well and will get you bit when they seem to not want to bite....
Shady_Grady....I like having the extra line if needed.... I'm shooting to catch a 10lb crappie and want to have enough love to let the drag sing.....LOL On a serious note, once you find the depth it's good to get right back to that exact depth...
